What do you do when a body hook lands?

I've built a Judo guy who's fairly good at stopping body-hook spammers, but it all relies on not getting hit, and going for a clinch after a jab or two if I'm lucky enough to land it before the onslaught of X/Y spam. But, of course on anyone that's above average, it's impossible to take them down, the window for denying everything in the game is MASSIVE now. You can deny while eating a sandwich and watching family guy inbetween strikes, LoL.
Anyway, what can you do once the body hook actually lands? Anything? It just seems to be a never-ending stun-lock after the first hit, and I'm not even sure it's possible to get out of it or do anything.
Any tips/answers?|||The only thing that I have been able to do is to build my fighter with max movement speed and back up quickly after receiving a massive body blow.|||

Obviously you could try and the one side parry and then once it hits double step back and jab. Always the remember if your opponnet is coming forward with nothing but x/y you can double step back and jab and it will interrupt them. You could always try the double step back and if you have dashing take down attempt that. Just remember you do have the dashes they are an important part of the game for defense as well as offense.
